Questions?

We’re glad you asked.

What's the total cost to get started?

Every plan is priced per station and includes the same one-time $350 setup fee. What changes is how you pay for the equipment.

Essential — No lease payment. Software is $39/mo per station. Three-year agreement.

Grow — $250/mo per station covers the equipment lease, and software is included at no additional cost. One-year agreement.

Pro — $2,500 one time per station to own the equipment, plus $39/mo per station for software. No contract.
No hidden fees. What you see here is what you pay.

Do I have to sign a contract?

It depends on which plan you choose. Essential runs on a three-year agreement and Grow on a one-year agreement — both include equipment service and replacement for the length of the term. Pro has no contract at all: you buy the hardware outright and the software stays month to month.

What's the difference between the three plans?

All three run the same cloud-based POS, include hardware for one station, and come with 24/7 bilingual support. The difference is how you pay for equipment and whether coverage is included.

Essential is the lowest monthly commitment on equipment — nothing for the lease, $39/mo for software — in exchange for a three-year term. Equipment service and replacement is included.

Grow bundles everything into one monthly payment of $250 per station with software at no charge, on a one-year term. Equipment service and replacement is included.

Pro is for operators who'd rather own the hardware. You pay $2,500 per station up front and $39/mo for software, with no term commitment. Equipment service and replacement is not included — repairs are your responsibility.

What does the $350 setup fee cover?

Installation, configuration, and onboarding. Our team gets your system running, your menu loaded, and your staff trained so you don't have to figure it out on your own. It's charged once, at signup.

Can I add more stations later?

Yes. Pricing is per station, so adding one adds that plan's per-station cost:

Essential — $39/mo for software
Grow
— $250/mo for the lease
Pro
— $2,500 one time, plus $39/mo for software

Contact our team and we'll set it up.The one-time setup fee covers installation, configuration, and onboarding for your restaurant.

Our team gets your system running so you don't have to figure it out on your own.

What happens if my equipment breaks?

On Essential and Grow, equipment service and replacement is included for the length of your agreement (restrictions apply). On Pro you own the hardware outright, so repairs and replacements are your responsibility. If equipment coverage is a priority for your operation, we'd point you to Essential or Grow.

Does online ordering cost extra?

Yes, online ordering is an add-on: $29/mo on Grow, $39/mo on Essential and Pro. It includes your Waycloud online menu page, no-fee online ordering, POS and online menu sync, remote order firing, and DoorDash integration.

Is 24/7 support really included?

Yes, on all three plans. You can reach our team by phone at (800) 571-8370 at any hour.

Can I switch from my current POS to Waycloud?

Yes. Our onboarding team handles the migration — menu setup, staff training, and hardware installation. Most restaurants are up and running within a few days. Contact us and we'll walk you through the process.

What types of restaurants does Waycloud support?

Full-service restaurants, quick service, bars and breweries, coffee shops, food trucks, and catering operations. If you take card payments and serve food, Waycloud works for you.
