Payment Information: Our appfacilitates the processing of customer payments. Payment card data is handledexclusively through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. WayCloud LLCdoes not store, log, or have access to full card numbers, CVV codes, orsensitive authentication data.
Customer Data: Merchants mayoptionally collect customer information (such as name or email) for receipts orloyalty purposes. This data is entered by the merchant and managed under theirresponsibility. WayCloud LLC acts as a data processor for this information.
Device Information: Our mobile appmay collect technical information about the device used, including device ID,operating system version, and hardware model, to ensure compatibility,performance, and security of the POS system.
Google Analytics: Our app andwebsite use Google Analytics to analyze usage behavior and gather insights intohow our services are used. This information helps us improve the functionalityand performance of our platform.

In theevent of a data breach that affects your information, we will notify you asrequired by applicable law.
We retain transaction and accountdata for as long as your account is active or as required by applicablefinancial and legal regulations. Upon account deletion, we will remove yourpersonal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is requiredby law.
