Welcome to WayCloud LLC ("we,""our," or "us"). By using our mobile Point of Sale (POS)application and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound bythese Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefullybefore accessing or using our services.

By accessing or using the WayCloud POSapplication or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. TheseTerms apply to all users, including visitors, registered merchants, and theirstaff members.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years oldand legally authorized to operate a business to use our POS services.

Account Creation: To access the POS features,you must create a merchant account. You agree to provide accurate, complete,and up-to-date business and personal information and to keep it current.

Authorized Users: You may grant access to staffmembers within your account. You are responsible for all activity that occursunder your account, including actions taken by your employees or authorizedusers.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuseour services, including engaging in unauthorized access, transmitting maliciouscode, processing fraudulent transactions, using the system for illegalcommerce, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

WayCloud provides a mobile POS platform tofacilitate sales transactions between merchants and their customers. WayCloudis not a party to those transactions.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy ofproducts, prices, taxes, and any other information entered into the system.

Payment processing is handled by third-partypayment processors. WayCloud is not responsible for payment processing errors,declines, or disputes arising from the payment processor's services.

You are responsible for complying with allapplicable tax laws and regulations related to transactions processed throughthe app.

All product catalogs, pricing, customerrecords, and business data entered into WayCloud remain your property. By usingour services, you grant WayCloud a limited license to store and process thisdata solely for the purpose of providing the POS service. We do not use yourbusiness data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We collect and process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing. As a merchant, you are also responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of customer data complies with applicable privacy laws.

Editing Your Information: You can update yourbusiness and account details directly within the app or by contacting oursupport team.

Deleting Your Account: You may request accountdeletion and removal of associated data via the app or through the contact formon our website.

You are responsible for maintaining theconfidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if yoususpect unauthorized access to your account.

All content, design elements, trademarks, andsoftware components of the WayCloud application and website are the property ofWayCloud LLC unless otherwise specified. You may not copy, reproduce, modify,or distribute any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability of ourservices, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance,technical issues, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect serviceavailability. WayCloud is not liable for losses resulting from serviceinterruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law,WayCloud LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services,including but not limited to lost sales, data loss, or transaction errorsresulting from system downtime or third-party payment processor failures.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms atany time. Updates will be posted with an updated "Effective Date."Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes youracceptance of the revised Terms.
